About Us

We are an independent Newcastle based event production company working across the UK, Europe, and Middle East. Consisting of a well organised and dedicated team of full time staff and specialist freelancers, we have extensive experience of running everything from small community events and product activations, to arena and stadium shows, and large scale outdoor festivals.

We have worked extensively with an amazing stable of clients. It doesn’t matter if you are taking an event from conception to completion, or indeed something smaller, our dedicated team will help deliver a safe and memorable occasion.

Our aim is to be able to provide an end to end service to both the live events industry and to corporate clients. Our core services are focuses towards large scale outdoor events and live music events, however there is no limit to what we can deliver, and on any scale.

We can help through every step of the process, from the initial creative vision, through the planning and licencing process, to building and running your event. We can also slot into an existing team to deliver any standalone assistance within our area of expertise.

Field & Stage was founded in 2022 as a result of over 20 years individual experience within the events industry. We have been involved in the planning and operation of music and sports events, within green fields, urban environments, stadiums, and arenas, both within the UK and the Middle East.

As a collective we have been significant cogs within the inner workings of some of the UK’s biggest and best events and festivals.

We have now brought all of our experience together to create an event production focused business that can provide a seamless end to end service. From Imagineering an idea, through all stages of planning, and delivery.
